?? 操作流程

1. 啟動設備，系統自動進入待機狀態；

2. 將待作廢紙幣捆放入自動進鈔裝置；

3. 系統自動分離、定位至沖孔模具下方并執行沖孔；

4. 完成的紙幣捆被自動推送至出料托盤；

5. 廢屑由下方獨立收集箱集中存儲；

6. 整個流程自動循環，直至送料裝置為空。

The YD-BC01 is a high-security banknote cancellation machine designed for central banks, national mints, and financial supervision agencies.
It adopts a modular electro-hydraulic system with intelligent control and precision detection to perforate banknotes immediately after sorting —
reducing transportation risks and ensuring full traceability and destruction integrity.

Developed from YUEDU’s extensive experience in secure destruction, hydraulic control, and EHS-compliant safety design,
the system is ideal for central banks, security printing plants, banknote processing centers, and confidential destruction facilities.

The perforation die meets strict central-bank standards and supports various hole patterns or coded shapes.
Each pattern can be customized for regulatory or identification purposes.

Can be linked directly to banknote sorting lines to realize “Sorting → Cancellation → Bundling” in one automated sequence,

?? Operation Sequence

1. Power on — system enters standby mode.

2. Place the sorted banknote bundles into the automatic feeder.

3. Notes are automatically separated, positioned beneath the die, and perforated.

4. Each processed bundle is pushed to the delivery tray.

5. Waste chads are collected in a sealed container below the punching area.

6. The cycle repeats automatically until the feeder is empty.
